About Myself
My name is Fawn Mosher. I consider myself to be a hard worker. I never leave a job half done, I always finish what I start. I enjoy helping people which comes in handy during ITA. I help by walking them through step by step so that we can try to find the problem that they're having and then I can try to teach them how to do it. Not only does that help me help others but also that makes it so that others are helping me because then I feel like I definitely know what I'm doing. Helping people is the thing that I enjoy the most because I want to be a nurse and work in a Hospital always helping people. I'm a very dependable worker and people always count on me. I hate letting people down and I put everything I can into what I'm working on. I'm a person that always tries at everything. For the most part I'm an independent worker and enjoy doing things on my own but at times I like working in a group because I know that for some assignments more than one person's opinion is important.
Qualifications
Some skills that I have accumulated throughout the years that help me with future endeavors include; problem solving, commitment, and determination. Problem solving to me is important because if you're stuck on something it helps to know what is needed in order to fix the problem. I am also Dreamweaver certified.
Technology Skills and Focus
My technology strengths inside of ITA include being able to make web sites, powerpoints and ACID music with little help. And some other strengths I possess in ITA are that everyone always asks me for help and ask me if they're doing it right. Outside of ITA my strengths in technology are still pretty much the same except for the fact that I know the technology in a car and I know the technology and instruments used for nursing.
I want my focus in technology to be hands-on. I really like just being able to sit down at a computer and just do my work. I feel that I work better by myself but I love working in groups.
